Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are binding upon our written acceptance. Software licences are subject to the respective OEM's licence terms in addition to these conditions.

Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, duties and levies, which are charged additionally at prevailing rates. Prices in foreign currency are subject to exchange variation as stated in the quotation.

Delivery periods are estimates from receipt of technically and commercially clear purchase order and advance, where applicable. Part deliveries are permitted. Risk passes on delivery as per the agreed Incoterm.

Payment terms are as stated in the quotation. Overdue amounts attract interest at 18% p.a. Title in goods passes only on receipt of full payment.

Hardware carries the OEM warranty as applicable. Services are warranted to be performed with professional skill and care. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or operation outside specifications.

Our aggregate liability under any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, data or profit.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential. Intellectual property in our deliverables, tools and know-how remains with Invansys or the respective OEM.

All product names, logos, brands and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the respective owners. Invansys is an independent Canary Labs Master Distributor.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
